Raymond Blanc, Winter Vegetables - BBC2

Raymond Blanc visited TheWatercress Company's Manor Farm in Hampshire in the late summer of 2009 for his Kitchen Secrets programme.

Raymond thoroughly enjoyed his time at the farm with Tom Amery, looking at how the crop is grown in fresh flowing spring water. He was very impressed by the quality of the watercress.
